Delivery of one (1) M4A audio file featuring a dramatized reading of the Client’s story, using two AI voices (1 male + 1 female) with human editing by Yara.
Final duration: 8–20 minutes.2. Price & Payment
Fixed price: €29.00 (VAT included)
Method: Stripe3. Timeline
Final delivery: within 24 hours of preview approval.
Late delivery: €1/hour penalty, deducted from the price.4. Quality Standards
The file must meet ALL of the following:

Dialogue pauses ≤ 1.2 seconds
Loudness normalized to -16 LUFS (podcast standard).5. Rights & License
Client owns 100% of the rights to the final audio file.
Yara permanently deletes the story and file within 48 hours of delivery.
Strictly prohibited to reuse, resell, or publish without Client’s written consent.6. Refund & Cancellation
Full refund within 48 hours of delivery if:
File fails quality standards (Section 4).
Delay > 12 hours without agreement.
Client is dissatisfied for any reason.7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Law: Italy
Exclusive venue: Court of Rome
Contract language: English (prevails over translations).
